Khanh Nguyen - JLL Vietnam

Khanh has been working in Capital Markets sales across the spectrum of property sectors, including residential, office, industrial, mixed-use development site and income generating assets. She is procuring sell-side mandate to divest a portfolio of US$300million of a listed foreign fund in Vietnam; on completion of a transaction of an income generating asset with the asset value of US$20mil. Prior to joining JLL Capital Market team, Khanh was Associate Director of Advisory services in Savills Vietnam. She managed all real estate valuation, strategic planning, and project’s conceptual development consultancy of Southern Vietnam. Her key clients include VinaCapital, HongKong Land, CFLD, many significant private equities, and reputable local developers named Vingroup, Novaland, FLC.
