JLL is pleased to announce the promotion of Sam Gourlay as Head of Office Leasing Advisory in Hong Kong Island, effective from 1st December 2023. He will retain his role as Head of Tenant Representation, leveraging his dual position to provide comprehensive insights and enhance our service offerings.

Sam has been instrumental in leading several of the largest office leasing transactions in Hong Kong since he joined the firm. He was appointed as Head of Tenant Representation in 2021 and advises both local and international firms across a broad spectrum of leasing services.

He will continue to report to Alex Barnes, Managing Director at JLL in Hong Kong and Head of Office Leasing Advisory in Hong Kong, and work closely with Ken Tang, Head of Office Leasing Advisory in Kowloon, to drive the office leasing team forward and solidify its position as the market leader.
