JLL announced the appointment of Timmy Fung as Senior Director, Data Centre Capital Markets for Greater China, effective June 2023. 

Based in Hong Kong, Timmy will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across key markets in Greater China. He will report to Oscar Chan, Head of Capital Markets, Hong Kong, with additional reporting lines to Chris Street, Managing Director of Data Centres, Asia Pacific and Eric Pang, Head of Capital Markets, China. 

With over 20 years of international experience, Timmy has built an impressive career spanning various industries and expanded his expertise to real estate and data centre development with global asset management companies. Throughout his career, Timmy has successfully led transactions totalling over US$ 1 billion across a diverse range of prime properties and data centres in major cities including Hong Kong, London, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, and Tokyo. Most recently, Timmy held the position of Investment Director at a prestigious family office in Hong Kong, where he managed a real estate and private equity portfolio with a focus on data centre investments.
