CBRE has announced two leadership appointments to its Advisory & Transactions Services team in Asia Pacific, with Hugh Hamilton promoted to Managing Director, Head of Accounts and Hugh Little promoted to Head of Accounts Operations.
CBRE has announced two leadership appointments to its Advisory & Transactions Services team in Asia Pacific, with Hugh Hamilton promoted to Managing Director, Head of Accounts and Hugh Little promoted to Head of Accounts Operations.
Mr. Hamilton, who will relocate to Hong Kong, will lead CBRE's Accounts business, which has grown significantly in recent years and now comprises six geographic hub teams serving account clients regionally. With extensive experience in client relationship management and transaction management, he will be responsible for driving growth and delivering exceptional services to regional and global clients.
Mr. Little, based in Singapore and reporting to Mr. Hamilton, will oversee the operations of CBRE's Accounts business in Asia Pacific. He has more than 20 years of experience in transaction management and estates management and was instrumental in reorganizing CBRE's transaction management business in Southeast Asia, creating strategic advantage for clients.

CBRE's Accounts business is a critical part of its Advisory & Transactions Services in the APAC region. It is focused on serving account clients regionally and provides a wide range of services, including account management, portfolio strategy, transaction management and execution, estates management and portfolio management of multiple assets across geographies.
