Publicis Groupe has leased approximately 55,000 sq ft at Guoco Midtown. This deal marks the largest office relocation transaction in CBD during Q2 2023 in Singapore.

Colliers Singapore negotiated the deal, supported by Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt, Jade Lim, Charles Lim and Abhishek Bajpai.
