Yvonne Zhou has joined as Manager, Asia Markets and James Zhuang as Executive, Asia Markets, to further bolster the highly successful Asia Markets team lead by Harry Bui.

Ms Zhou has extensive experience working across multiple corporate agencies over the past eight years and has built expertise across various sectors, including office, retail, development sites and alternative asset categories such as childcare and medical. 

Ms Zhou will be based in our Melbourne CBD office working closely with the city sales team, and will play an integral part in elevating our Asia Markets Platform across Victoria and Australia leveraging her connections in the local and offshore Asian networks. 

“Melbourne has seen unprecedented demand from capital in Asia due to  its exponential growth in population and infrastructure expansion. It is extremely important that we act as key conduit in our professional services to best facilitate and value add our offerings for our Asian clients with needs across a wide spectrum of the commercial property sector,” Ms Zhou said. 

Mr Zhuang will be a valuable member to the Melbourne East team, where he will also work in tandem with Ms Zhou to boost our Asia Markets credentials in Victoria.

Holding over a decade of experience in property development and residential, commercial and industrial sales and leasing, Mr Zhuang’s broad skillset is a complementary fit to the team.

“It is crucial that we as a larger international platform can provide a comprehensive investment service, including educational services, market research and market updates to Asian clients about commercial properties,” Mr Zhuang added. 

Both Yvonne and James have vast network of relationships with builders, architects, accountants, solicitors, bankers, migration agents and overseas family offices to maximum the assets exposure which can contribute to premium results.
