CBRE is a leading global provider of real estate services and their newly formed PropTech Solutions business unit provides innovative solutions for the real estate industry.

Through this partnership with INSPACE, CBRE's PropTech Solutions will work to improve the client experience and provide creative solutions to help their clients make faster and more informed decisions.

CBRE is also able to provide live information of vacant spaces, supported by highly realistic virtual tours of the properties and the surrounding submarket, including transportation connections.

CBRE's Landlord Representation team has been utilizing INSPACE’s 3D Stack and virtual tour products for marketing and leasing activities on behalf of their client, Pembroke Real Estate Japan, at their TRI-SEVEN ROPPONGI property in central Tokyo.
