CBRE announced today that industry veteran Kelvin Chan has joined as Head of Capital Markets, China.
CBRE announced today that industry veteran Kelvin Chan has joined as Head of Capital Markets, China.
Mr. Chan has more than 20 years of commercial real estate transaction experience across Asia, focusing on investments, asset management, risk management, capital management and funds management in the China market. Based in Shanghai, he will lead a team of over 50 Capital Markets professionals across Mainland China for CBRE, the number one firm for investment sales activity in Asia Pacific*.
