Respected industry leaders Tan Boon Leong and Ng Ee Kiat join with immediate effect to bolster this strategically important segment.
JLL today announced that it has strengthened its Singapore Logistics and Industrial team via two key hires to support this strategic business segment.
Tan Boon Leong and Ng Ee Kiat have both joined the Logistics and Industrial team in newly created roles and will focus on serving leasing and capital markets clients in this segment. They both join from Knight Frank and bring extensive knowledge and experience within the Singapore market to further enhance JLL’s growth strategy for the logistics and industrial segment.

Boon Leong brings 29 years of logistics and industrial experience to JLL. His wealth of experience crosses sale and leaseback transactions and build-to-suit and customising innovative business space solutions in Singapore. His track record includes the sale of the largest freehold land plot of c.470,000 sq ft and largest JTC land plot of c.1.8 million sq ft.
Ee Kiat also beings 29 years of experience in the logistics and industrial sector to JLL. He spent the past five years with Knight Frank and also brings experience from Colliers.
The appointments are with immediate effect and both will report to Woolhouse.
