Regis with the allure of a seaside getaway on the secluded barrier island of Longboat Key, Florida. Situated on over 17-acres with 800 feet of direct beachfront, The Residences are ideally located to enjoy all of the pleasures the area has to offer, including golf, tennis, water sports, shopping, dining and the myriad of cultural and philanthropic events in Sarasota, all within a short stroll or drive away. The amenities are unparalleled and include the signature St. Regis Butler and Concierge services, world-renowned St. Regis Spa, In-Residence dining, Resident-only pool and spa, Private Resident’s Clubhouse, and beachside cabanas. 

Tell us about the philosophy/vision behind this project. 

To bring 5- star resort living to Longboat Key, providing owners the services and amenities of a 5-star resort and the ability to live as if you are on vacation. The St. Regis tagline: Live Exquisite. 

What lifestyle features does your project offer consumers? 

Owners have access to all the same resort services and amenities offered at the 5-star St. Regis Resort and Spa. In addition, owners will have dedicated Concierge and Butler Service, as well as access to in-residence dining, daily housekeeping and Bentley car service. The Resort will have numerous dining venues, including the St. Regis piano lobby bar, an upscale steak and seafood restaurant, all-day casual at the St. Regis Grille, poolside at the Beach Café and Sunset Bar, and beachside at the Tiki Bar, aka Monkey Bar. It also features the 20,000 square foot St. Regis Signature Spa. 

What are the key selling points when it comes to the project’s location? 

Located on the south end of Longboat Key, the property features 800 feet of beach frontage on Gulf of Mexico. The resort is located a short 3-miles away from St. Armand’s Circle, known for fabulous restaurants and shopping. Downtown Sarasota is a short drive away as well, with more shopping, dining, theatres and galleries. The SRQ international airport is only 8 miles away and has many direct commercial flights as well as a thriving FBO/private air service. 

What makes your project compelling for real estate investors? 

The Residences at The St. Regis Longboat Key will be one of less than 20 St. Regis resorts around the world that have residences onsite. It is the only 5-star branded resort with residences on the entire Gulf Coast of Florida. 

Are you seeing/do you anticipate activity from international investors? 

Due to travel restrictions, we have not had any international investors to date. Once travel resumes, we anticipate interest from International investors.
