Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt named Head of Occupier Services and June Chua appointed Head of Tenant Representation. Colliers International (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI), a global leader in commercial real estate services, has announced today two new key appointments that will strengthen its Occupiers Services team.  

Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt has been appointed, Executive Director, Head of Occupier Services and June Chua has been appointed Executive Director, Head of Tenant Representation for its Singapore business.

Formerly responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving more synergy and collaboration between the various real estate business lines within Colliers International, Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt is now responsible for driving greater performance, recruiting more talents and strengthening our Occupier Services business. He will lead the Occupier Services team offering clients seamless solutions to their workspace requirement from strategy, concept, planning, identification, evaluation and execution. Both the Tenant Representation and Project Management lines report into Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt.

June Chua brings with her over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Colliers International, June worked for another global real estate consultancy where she led its leasing commercial, industrial and retail leasing teams. June is now responsible for leading the Colliers Tenant Representation team within Occupier Services, focusing on growing our market share in representing tenants space requirements in office, business park, industrial and retail.
