This category includes social and economic infrastructure developments and is aimed at recognising exceptional facilities and services which stimulate economic growth and improve quality of life. These include airports, train stations, hospitals, cultural centres, libraries, stadiums, government buildings, logistic centres and others.

It has been awarded a CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency) Class A certification and an ABINC (Association for Business Innovation in harmony with Nature and Community) certification.
