Juwai IQI has added more than two decades of experience to its IQI brand with the appointment of Ernest Towle as Head of the Property Advisory Division.

Working out of Kuala Lumpur, Towle will be responsible for advising high net worth clients, while also providing research and real estate investment options to assist with strengthening portfolios. 

He said he was looking forward to helping clients achieve their financial goals by monitoring and advising on their real estate investment strategies.

Mr Towle's most recent role was as Assistant General Manager for a Malaysian integrated media company, where he oversaw major property developer and real estate agency clients, consumer-facing and industry-facing teams, as well as all media channels, including print, digital, events, and social media. 

He also has experience working as part of the senior management team of a well-known property group, prior to which he was a banking Relationship Manager.
