Savills Singapore has confirmed the appointment of Tang Chee Charn as Executive Director in the Property Management department.
Savills has signalled its intention to grow its Property Management capabilities in Singapore with the appointment of Executive Director Tang Chee Charn.
Mr Tang brings along with him more 30 years of real estate experience in property and tenancy management, covering the office, industrial, residential and retail sectors.
In his previous role as Head of Real Estate Management Services Department for a major real estate firm, he secured property and facilities management appointments of REIT and property fund clients such as AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT, AMP Capital Investors, AMB Property Corporation, Union Investment, SEB, Prologis, M&G, Logos and AEP Investment Management.

Other corporate clients he has dealt with include BHP Billiton, Eurochem Corporation, Crescendas Group, Premier Corporation, Hong Leong Finance, OCBC/Great Eastern, Bank of East Asia, UOB, Boustead, SATS and SCAPE.
Savills Singapore Chief Executive Officer Marcus Loo said the recruitment of Mr Tang reflected the company's efforts to offer the highest level of real estate service to its clients by hiring the best people in the industry.

Mr Tang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the University of Ulster, United Kingdom.
