Knight Frank has announced the appointment of three new senior members to its Asia-Pacific Occupier Services team, based in Singapore.
Knight Frank has welcomed a trio of new faces to its Asia Pacific Occupier Services division with the appointment of two Directors and a Senior Account Manager.
Wong Huey Feng (Director for Occupier Services), Elsie Oi (Director for Occupier Services), and Eloise Khoo (Senior Account Manager) share nearly 50 years of real estate experience across various roles.
More than 20 of them belong to Ms Wong, who has previously worked with clients the Oil & Gas, Logistics & Manufacturing, and Banking sectors.

Having once held a role at Knight Frank Greater China, she told WILLIAMS MEDIA she was drawn back to Knight Frank Asia-Pacific through its commitment to growing the occupier services business.
"I am excited to now be a part of the Asia-Pacific team which covers 15 territories, with the opportunity to create synergies and promote greater connectivity across the region," she said.
Ms Wong is joined in Occupier Services Director role by Ms Oi, who has led the delivery of real estate transactions across Asia-Pacific for a number of client accounts in the tech, consumer goods, and life sciences sectors.

She told WILLIAMS MEDIA she was looking forward to helping the company realise its growth ambition in the region.
"Asia-Pacific is especially exciting for opportunities in the life sciences and industrial real estate," she said.
Her sentiments were echoed by Ms Khoo, who said she was "excited to be working with a dedicated and professional team that services a dynamic set of clients in the tech and telecommunications sectors across Asia-Pacific".
Speaking about the appointments, Knight Frank Asia Pacific Head of Occupier Services and Commercial Agency, Tim Armstrong said corporate real estate heads were looking for a new level of partnership through these uncertain times.
"Our occupier services business is growing to match our ambition to strengthen our coverage across Asia-Pacific and to deliver the best quality service that our regional clients need right now.”
