Colliers International has announced that Stephen Bruce has taken over as Head of Real Estate Management Services for its Singapore business.
Colliers Singapore says the appointment Stephen Bruce as Head of Real Estate Management Services will help drive greater focus to its asset management capabilities.
Having started his new position on July 6, Mr Bruce brings with him 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, including asset management, leasing and management and capital markets across cities in Asia.
Prior to joining Colliers International, he was based in Hong Kong, working for another global real estate consultancy where he led its Premium Asset Management & Portfolio Leasing services.

Mr Bruce told WILLIAMS MEDIA he had a "great deal of confidence" in the Singapore market and aimed to contribute higher levels of service from his new position.

"I am looking forward to getting heavily involved in the active management of our portfolio.”
As the Executive Director and Head of Real Estate Management Services for Colliers, Mr Bruce – who is based in Singapore - is responsible for leading and driving the Real Estate Management Services business across Singapore which offers Asset Management, Strata Management, Lease Tenancy and Facilities Management Services.
