CBRE Korea has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding real estate building development project cooperation with DONG IL Architects & Engineers.
CBRE Korea's project management service has been given a boost after the firm signed a Memorandum of Understanding with DONG IL Architecture & Engineers.
Under the agreement, the firm will execute project management on building development projects, while DONG IL will provide services in architectural design, consulting/advising and construction supervision.
CBRE Korea Managing Director Don Lim said told WILLIAMS MEDIA the MoU was a way for the two parties to create synergy in the real estate market by creating successful projects through joint participation and close cooperation.
