Space within the Capital Place commercial towers is available through Savills ahead of the project's completion later this year.
A new wave of Hanoi Grade A office space is on the market through the city's Capital Place towers.
Developed through CapitaLand and Mitsubishi Estate Asia, the project includes two 37-level office towers with more than 90,000 square metres of office space and 5,000 square metres of retail space.
Capital Place is the first office development in Hanoi to obtain Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, with a focus on sustainability in water usage, air quality control, and electricity consumption.
Capital Place - Key features:
According to Savills Vietnam, which has been appointed to lease space within Capital Place, low-emitting materials and sensors have been used in compliance with LEED’s requirements to maintain good air quality indoors, while technical measures have been taken within the Building Management System to monitor energy consumption to the most efficient level (up to 13 per cent reduction).
The position of the towers in Hanoi's business district means it will be the first commercial development in the city with direct access to MRT.
The location is also a central hub to key businesses, government authorities, embassies, residences, and five-star hotels.
Having already hosted a series of events for domestic and international investors, Capital Place is scheduled to be fully operational later this year.
