The investment advantages of Yangon and the future of Myanmar's property market will be discussed at length next week as part of Colliers International Myanmar's Annual Real Estate and Property Confluence.
The forecast for Myanmar's property market across the next decade will be brought in to focus next week at Colliers International Myanmar's Annual Real Estate and Property Confluence.
Now in its third year, the event brings together a range of real estate professionals for a panel discussion of developments within the Myanmar property sector.
This year's Confluence carries the theme, 'Unto The New Decade: Where is the Property Market Really Heading?', and will also feature a conversation on the competitive investment advantages of Yangon in relation to more developed areas in the region.
Panellists include Colliers International Myanmar Head of Valuation Joan Mae Lee, whose participation was announced via Facebook on Thursday.
After starting her career working for CB Richard Ellis in the Philippines, Ms Lee moved to Myanmar in 2017, where she has gone on to publish more than a dozen free reports, delivering a variety of briefs across the office, retail, residential, hospitality and industrial sectors for audiences in the Phillippines and Myanmar.
Colliers International Myanmar's 3rd Annual Real Estate and Property Confluence will be held from 9am to 12pm at the Zealax Hotel and Residence by Eskala on February 27.
