Colliers International has announced that CK Lau has been appointed as Head of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services for Asia.
Colliers International has welcomed more than 30 years of real estate experience with the appointment CK Lau as Head of International Valuation & Advisory Services for Asia.
CK joins Colliers from his most recent position as an Executive Director and Head of Valuation Advisory Services, Asia and Greater China, for a major international real estate services firm.
He has previously held positions in Hong Kong SAR, Greater China and the broader Asia region.

Key prominent professional affiliations held by CK include his role as Chairman of the Land Policy Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) (2013-20) and Member of the Tangible Assets Standards Board of the International Valuation Standards Council.
His community service appointments in HK include Member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority (2019-21), and member of the REIT Committee for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (2015-21).
He is also a Professional Member of the RICS, a Fellow of the HKIS and was President of the HKIS from 2015-16.
Colliers International Asia Pacific CEO David Hand said CK's vast experience meant he was well suited to lead CIVAS Asia business and "accelerate clients success".
