This event is aimed at providing customers with opportunities to purchase beachfront and ocean-view condominiums and villas for their own living as well as for investment.
CBRE Thailand is holding its “CBRE Elite Living Resort Property 2019”, a premier resort property showcase, on 3rd – 6th October 2019 at Emporium Gallery on M Floor of the Emporium shopping mall. Visitors will have exclusive access to exceptional promotions of residential properties in prime resort locations including Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga and Hua Hin with a total project value of THB 13 billion. Special offers and privileges will also be provided by developers and renowned lifestyle partners.
Ms. Charinya Youngprapakorn, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services - Residential Project Marketing at CBRE Thailand, announced that in this 7th luxury living event, the CBRE Elite Living 2019 will showcase the following luxury and super luxury properties:
Prices will start from THB 5.7 million to THB 191 million. This event is aimed at providing customers with opportunities to purchase beachfront and ocean-view condominiums and villas for their own living as well as for investment. Purchasers will receive extra benefits from each project and exclusive giveaways such as gift vouchers from DMHOME Furniture and a stay at Haadtien Beach Resort Pool Villa, Koh Tao.
Whereas the real estate market in Bangkok has seen a slowdown, investors seek further opportunities to generate returns by considering other markets such as resort locations, especially in potential areas like Phuket, Krabi, Phang Nga, and Hua Hin where sales performance of properties has been improving for the past 2-3 years due to the lack of luxury and super luxury supply as a result of the rising land prices and rare land plots.
In addition, the demand for resort condominiums and villas is evolving. “In present days, clients do not purchase resort properties only for vacation purposes, yet also look at gaining return from long-term investment by renting out, resulting in the shift in attraction towards projects with rental management. Moreover, the sales of the projects in high-end to luxury segments continues to perform well, especially for the beachfront and ocean-view properties, where 80% of the buyers are Thais looking for properties with investment scheme, or rental management, and branded residences”, said Ms. Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand.
The preferred locations in Phuket, Krabi, and Phang Nga are often along the West coast since the beach in this area is more scenic and more popular among high-end projects, leading hotels, prominent tourist attractions, and amenities. The properties on this side of Phuket have started to expand further to the North of the island, from Kamala beach to Mai Khao beach, and the south of Phang Nga. The expansion has also grown into the East, including Krabi province which is located near the Phuket International Airport.
The real estate market in Hua Hin remains one of the most favored areas for Thai buyers and those who look to own resort homes which are within convenient driving distance from Bangkok. In the past couple of years, most of the newly launched projects in Hua Hin have not been beachfront properties despite the pent-up demand for beachfront condominiums. Due to this lack of supply, the level of inquiries and sales performance have been very good for both existing and newly launched projects located on the beachfront.
CBRE Elite Living Resort Property 2019 is now open for registration for those who are interested in purchasing residential properties in prime resort locations, whether for own living or investment purposes. The best combination of luxury resort properties will be offered with special deals and exclusive privileges from 8 projects, all in one event.
