In July 2019, Savills Vietnam celebrated the 3rd anniversary of the Da Nang office. Savills has maintained an active presence in the city through various events, regular market research reports, and an increasing number of business transactions across all property sectors.

The Da Nang team currently includes residential sales, on-site project management teams and central management personnel; such as Business Development and Marketing & Communication. In the high-end residential market in Da Nang, Savills’s residential sales team is leading sales efforts with a large number of transactions for luxury projects; such as X2 Hoi An Resort & Residence, Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang, Wyndham Soleil Da Nang, and TMS Luxury Hotel Da Nang. The Commercial Leasing team successfully advised Framgia on its relocation of the Da Nang office to the Fhome building, at 16 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang. The Property Management team has added to Savills growing management portfolio by landing several residential and commercial projects such as: Alphanam Luxury Apartment, Bach Dang Complex, Blooming Tower, and Sky Premier Residences.
Ms. Le Thi Kim Hoa, Head of Agency Savills Da Nang, is currently leading the Da Nang team. After her success with Hoang Anh Gia Lai Real Estate in Myanmar, Ms. Hoa returned to Savills with extensive expertise and in-depth insights on the Vietnam and Indochina property market. Ms. Hoa’s appointment is expected to strengthen Savills business in Da Nang as well as add further depth to the property services provided in the Central region.
