Savills Vietnam is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Le Thi Kim Hoa as Head of Agency for the Savills Da Nang office.

Le Thi Kim Hoa has worked in real estate in Vietnam and Indochina for over 17 years.

Joining Savills in 2008, Ms Hoa developed the Retail service section in Hanoi and successfully dealt with reputable brands in Vietnam including Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Nine West, Lacoste, Givenchy, Lotte group, Highland Coffee and HSBC.. Hoa was also in charge of Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) real estate business in Myanmar for three years.

She set up and led the project team to a successful launch of a mixed – use property development with 80,000m 2 office space and 40,000m 2 retail space for lease and 1000 condominiums for sales. 

Da Nang now offers a broader range of property products. The city has attracted buyers from Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and Australia, Europe & America. Local purchasers in Da Nang are becoming open and adaptive to different real estate products.

With her strong knowledge of real estate and in-depth market insights, the appointment of Le Thi Kim Hoa is a significant strategic move by Savills Vietnam.

According to Hoa, Da Nang is a young and promising city which has attracted high FDI inflow in tourism, high-technology and manufacturing. “Good infrastructure and connection with an increasing number of direct international flights create an attractive environment for investors. I hope to develop and expand property services in Da Nang for Vietnamese and foreign investors,” said Hoa.
