"Inspired by Australian landscapes, Mayfair was envisioned as a fine collection of ultra- luxurious residences," she said. 

"With a unique façade and timeless design, it will exude a prominent presence for a long time to come." 

The building's sculpted facade owes itself to Zaha Hadid's computational parametric design process, which allowed an algorithm to identify shape similarities within the building's exterior, minimising the number of different panels required, allowing a perfect balance between art and science.

The fluidity that characterises the exterior of the building is also showcased within the interior design, with the living areas of the apartments arranged as a series of spatial experiences that broaden views to the garden, the bay and the city. 

Mayfair houses 158 apartments plus a fine dining restaurant and signature cafe on the ground floor. 

The Metro Tunnel, expected to be completed by 2026, will be an added convenience for residents.
