As Managing Director, Capital Markets Japan Tsuji will oversee the three service lines in the Capital Markets Division: Investment Properties, Capital Advisors (Financial Services), and Hotels for CBRE.
CBRE has announced the appointment of Takashi Tsuji as Managing Director, Capital Markets. In this capacity effective Monday 1 April, Tsuji will oversee the three service lines in the Capital Markets Division: Investment Properties, Capital Advisors (Financial Services), and Hotels.

Mr. Tsuji graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. He joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1991. After spending some time in the Logistics Business Division, he was seconded to Mitsubishi Corporation’s (Americas) New York headquarters in 1997 and experienced the venture investment business. After returning to Japan in 2002, he worked on the logistics real estate securitization business mainly through the development of and investment in logistics facilities. He was appointed Executive Vice President of Diamond Realty Management Inc. in April 2012 and became President and CEO in November of the same year.
