Colliers has released its latest Yangon office leasing guide for 2019 and they have high hopes going into the year.

Paul Ahlgrim, Associate Director of Brokerage Services, sees the market picking up as we are well into the new year.  

"The moment is right for tenants looking for new office space as prices had softened quite a bit due to the increase in supply that came online during that time," says Ahlgrim.
