CBRE Thailand will assist with arranging tenders for Vajiravudh College's Rajdamri Road site after being named as a development consultant for the project.
CBRE Thailand's appointment as development consultant for Vajiravudh College's Rajdamri Road site represents an opportunity to be "part of the evolvement of Bangkok's real estate market", according to Managing Director Aliwassa Pathnadabutr.
The company will be tasked with analysing the potential of the 26.5-acre land, which covers Mahadlekluang Soi 1 – 3 in the city's central business district.
Ms Pathnadabutr said it was exciting to be involved.

"It is another achievement for CBRE to be appointed as the development consultant for this large project," she said.
"Our roles are to analyse the site’s potentials, conduct highest and best use studies and land and property valuations, as well as to arrange tenders for leases of these 6 land groups."
Comprised of 28 plots, the site is divided into different land groups, six of which have lease agreements that expire between 2019 and 2025.
CBRE Thailand Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets, Kulwadee Sawangsri, said she expected no shortage of interest when arranging tenders for the land.
"There is always high demand for land in prime areas of Bangkok's CBD," she said.
"Over the years, developments along Rajdamri Road have proved to be successful, due to its strategic location with a BTS skytrain station, many 5-star hotels, and luxury residential developments.
"We expect there will be interest in existing and new leases from Thailand and overseas.”
