Global leader in commercial real estate, Colliers International has announced the appointment of Martin Chavez as Senior Director of Corporate Solutions Asia Pacific.
Colliers International, one of the world's leading commercial real estate services has today announced that Martin Chavez has been appointed the position of Senior Director, Corporate Solutions Asia Pacific.
Based in Shanghai, Mr Chavez will lead the Corporate Solutions team in China and spearhead the growth of the China Corporate Solutions platform working closely with the local business and leadership.
With over 17 years of professional experience and 12 years in China real estate, Mr Chavez has a proven track record of leveraging his expertise to forge strong relationships with leading corporate occupier clients. He has worked across the U.S., South America and Asia, and is fluent in English, Spanish, Chinese and Portuguese.

Prior to joining Colliers, Mr Chavez led MNC Occupier Services for Cushman & Wakefield China, collaborating with leading brokers and Corporate Services teams of both inbound MNCs in China and outbound Chinese companies expanding into global markets. Additionally, he also held senior-level positions at JLL and CBRE, based in Beijing.
