James Allan appointed as a successor for the Indonesia business as Todd Lauchlan takes on leadership role for New Zealand
JLL today announces leadership changes to its Indonesia business. James Allan, currently JLL's Head of Markets Shanghai, will step up to the Country Head role, effective 1 May 2018.
Mr Allan has over 15 years' experience in the real estate sector in China and the United Kingdom. Since joining JLL in 2008, he has held a range of increasingly senior roles in the China business, advising multinational tenants and landlords in Shanghai and Greater China. Mr Allan's expertise covers marketing consultancy of major commercial developments, tenant representation and investment transactions.
Mr Allan succeeds Todd Lauchlan who, after eight years as Country Head, has been appointed to lead JLL's New Zealand business.

Mr Allan is originally from the United Kingdom and holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) from University of Reading and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours from Northumbria University. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
