For the past few years, international investors have been penetrating every country in Asia and purchasing in bulk of units.
Where do these investors come from? These international investors mainly come from China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and India.
The biggest investors are from China and they not just invest but also turn into big Developers in many countries like Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
What are the reasons of these investing?
Firstly, Many of these investors are attracted by the fact that countries like Australia and Malaysia have the potential growth for development and high revenue.
Secondly, the country currency exchange rate is also beneficial.
Thirdly, land prices are more affordable.
Most International investors do see the potential growth in these countries and there are still rooms to meet.
Across Asia I foresee a further growth for many years to come.
