Big annocement for ICONSIAM as first 'Mandarin Oriental' is opened.
The ICONSIAM Superlux Residence Corporation Limited, announced simultaneously in Bangkok, Hong Kong, and London that Southeast Asia’s first ‘Mandarin Oriental’ branded residences, which are located in Bangkok, are now open for bookings.
‘The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok‘, are 146 super-luxury freehold riverside residences situated diagonally across the Chao Phraya River from the legendary Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok hotel. The 52-floor building is located on the 20-acre ICONSIAM site that is a US$1.54-billion riverside national landmark project.
The Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok will provide management services for The Residences, as well as bespoke amenities for individual residents.

Residences are priced from around US$10,000 per square metre, ranging in size from approximately 130 to 230 square metres, and the penthouses begin at US$16,000 per square metre and range from 380 to 710 square metres.

Residences are fully fitted and owners have the option for complete interior decoration and furnishing by globally renowned interior designer Joyce Wang. Residence owners are also enrolled in the Residences Elite programme from Mandarin Oriental, offering worldwide privileges when staying at any Mandarin Oriental hotel.
The project is scheduled for completion within 2018.
