In her role, Fay will oversee research work and projects in overall China market and work closely with business lines to serve clients with leading data and insights output on various asset types and industry sectors.
Fay has close to 20 years of working experience in Shanghai, Hong Kong and US. In Hong Kong, she worked as an equity research analyst at international financial institutions including HSBC Asia Pacific Headquarters, CLSA and BOCOM International covering sectors of consumer, energy and utilities. She was also appointed as Vice President of Group Fintech and Consumer Payment at Wells Fargo in San Francisco. Before joining JLL, Fay co-founded a proptech (property technology) start-up. Fay holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in Management Science and Engineering as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
